NASSAU, BAHAMAS – A man was acquitted of an armed robbery that took place in downtown Nassau. On March 24, 2024, a man armed with a box cutter robbed Subway on Bay and Charlotte Streets of $4,412. Prosecutors alleged that Donald Tucker was the robber. He was unanimously acquitted following a trial before Justice Darron Ellis.
