NASSAU, BAHAMAS – A man who removed copper from Princess Cays was justifiably dismissed, a Court of Appeal has ruled. Thomas Moxey was terminated as a supervisor in the carpentry department on May 23, 2023 and later awarded $24, 266.02 after the Indistrial Tribunal found he was wrongfully dimissed. Princess Cays challenged the finding, which was unanimously overturned by the Court of Appeal.
