The team was named last week, holding its first workouts on Saturday. Over in college on Friday night, Rhema Collins did everything she could to will her FIU Panthers to the Conference USA Tournament Finals, but her team couldn’t quite get there. The Conference USA’s player of the year, and newcomer of the year, dropped 27 points and grabbed 7 rebounds in her team’s 74-69 semifinal loss to Missouri State on Friday night.
